1. Creative Advisory & Technical Scope
The vector optimization workflows, WebGPU shader blueprints, and color science monographs published on A&K Graphics represent professional graphic engineering standards. Production rendering speeds depend on client hardware and browser WebGPU driver support.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Assignment
Custom branding, vector logos, and packaging design deliverables produced under executed contracts are transferred to the client upon receipt of final milestone payment, subject to third-party font and stock licensing terms.
3. Print Proof Approvals & Color Matching
Digital on-screen RGB representations may vary from physical CMYK/Pantone offset print proofs. Final print runs require explicit client sign-off on calibrated hardcopy press proofs.
